As a trusted advisor, his purview encompasses the strategic acquisition of senior executive talent for diverse industry domains. Ajay's profound expertise in the realm of executive search equips him to aid clients in discerning candidates who not only fulfill immediate positional requirements but also exhibit the potential to meet forthcoming organizational needs.

In his previous roles at leading executive search firms, Ajay collaborated with clients in the implementation of tailored strategies gaining competitive edge in talent acquisition and business transformation exercise.

Additionally, he pioneered & established "Industrials/Auto & Auto Components and Infrastructure domains" nationally. His portfolio comprised designing extensive selection and recruitment solutions for large global & Indian clientele. Moreover, Ajay excels in enhancing leadership talent for family-managed ventures, start-ups and emerging companies, contributing to their professionalization journey. As a Director in his prior roles, he co-founded and repositioned search businesses for a global network firm. Ajay has completed more than 500 CXOs/Board level projects so far. He provides counsel on leadership, succession planning, and cultural matters, and is a proponent of diversity, women's empowerment, sustainability and elevating family-owned enterprises.

Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Master’s in business management from universities in India along with a Certificate Programme in General Management & Business Strategy from Leeds University, UK, Ajay has evolved as a seasoned executive search consultant with significant experience in working with senior business leaders/stakeholders/promotors to deliver the desired business outcomes. Ajay is trained on Competency Based Profiling/Interviewing skills and is a Certified DISC Profile assessor and serves as a non-Executive independent Director on board of a public listed company in India with multi- national promoters.
