Pat brings extensive human capital consulting experience to Gilbert Tweed Associates. Managing senior level assignments across multiple industries and disciplines, Pat’s experience in executive coaching/ leadership development and consumer marketing enables her to function at the strategic level. She has been frequently retained by her clients in sectors including consumer products, luxury goods, hospitality, entertainment and financial services to make senior management placements at the c-suite and executive level.

Pat has extensive experience in career development, including executive coaching, talent development and human resources consulting. As Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the northeast region for Spherion, she was responsible for the development of Spherion’s Talent Solutions Consulting Services. Previously, Pat held the position of Partner and Senior Vice President of National Accounts for Mainstream Access, Inc and was instrumental in establishing Lee Hecht Harrison’s national accounts division where she managed large scale corporate restructurings throughout the U.S.

Pat spent fifteen years with Avon Products, holding progressive responsibilities in domestic and international marketing. During this time Pat was appointed by the senior leadership team to develop and implement the company’s first self-directed personal/professional development program. Leading a team of sixty organizational development consultants, Pat launched “Avon Career Training” in the United States and later in the United Kingdom that resulted in record-breaking results.

Pat was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University College of Dublin.
