Richard Foo is a Managing Director specializing in the Technology and Real Estate Industries.
He is the Asia Pacific Regional (APAC) representative, a member of Gilbert Tweed international’s Technology and Real Property practice.
Within Gilbert Tweed’s Technology and Real Property services sector Mr. Foo focuses on strategic senior level hires across Real Estate Construction, Smart home technology solutions providers, Proptech start-ups, Commercial and residential Real estate management (specializing in multi-family homes), Turnkey real asset analysis and management.
Mr. Foo is a Systems Engineer by training and has been in the center of various organizational change and restructuring initiatives. He has helmed various senior executive positions in both government and private sectors.
Mr. Foo’s Technology and Real Property sector experience is anchored in his years of real estate investments, most recent being the incorporation of a Real estate capital investment company based in Atlanta, Georgia (www.Cornerstone-group-Investments.com) that specializes in turnkey Multi-family property acquisition and investment partnerships. His market knowledge and team management experience over the years have been instrumental in achieving a consistently high yield returns for all private and institutional investors. He understands the entire value chain of real property asset acquisition and management, in particular the skills and talents needed within organization for sustainable and scalable business growth.
Prior to joining Gilbert Tweed International, Mr. Foo manages robotics start-ups and is acutely aware of the importance of sourcing senior executives and technical professionals equipped with the relevant engineering skillsets and aptitude in order to achieve organization-wide transformation and business success.
Mr. Foo is competent and comfortable working on an international level, in both the US and in the Asia Pacific Region.
